Please call this number with all attendance related issues
including absences, late arrivals, and early pickups or anything else relating
to the students time at school.
Press 1 for Excel Tecc students
Press 2 for Mayfield students grades 9 thru 12
If you received a message regarding your student was not in class and would like to speak with the attendance secretary, please call the Attendance line (440-995-6915) to leave a message stating you would like a call back regarding an absence call and provide your name, phone number and name of student. Allow time for the attendance secretary to review the absence.
Submit attendance requests online or through the app with your parent portal login. Once logged into the portal, click MORE > ABSENCE REQUESTS > create the absence > Click SUBMIT. Online absence requests must be submitted by 7:30am of the same school day, otherwise please call the attendance line.
