Community Employment Options


Community Employment Options (CEO)

Students training with the Community Employment Options Team have opportunities to train in multiple areas of employment. Our training sites include Greater Cleveland Food Bank, Old Navy, TJMAXX, Dave's Market, Miles Market and the Euclid Animal Shelter. Students training at these sites have opportunities in food prep, assembly, packaging, warehousing, retail, grocery, and animal care. Students work with staff addressing student PINS (Preferences, Interests, Needs, Strengths) when planning training and job development experiences.

While on the CEO team, students and families are linked to service agencies to assist in the transition process. The CEO team assists in developing employment opportunities and collaborating with team members for individual employment outcomes.
