Visual Arts are essential to the complete educational development of every student. Art education provides students with the tools for self-expression and awareness. Students engage in art production and study aesthetics, culture, and history. Through art, students interpret their environment and explore their global relationship. Students are exposed to real world experiences through project based learning. Visual Arts literacy promotes critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and creativity, leading to academic excellence.

Music is a crucial element in a well-rounded student’s education. Music provides students with experiences to develop emotional understanding and connections, self expression, and leadership. Students explore music theory and history through classroom/rehearsal experiences and performance. The music program promotes collaboration and leadership skills, including unique opportunities to showcase these skills through performances in the community. Music literacy and performance fosters creativity and the adaptability necessary for academic success.
