2. During the sign-up period (September - December) please email the following information to: [email protected]

your grade level preference - K-3
your school preference - Center, Gates Mills, Lander, Millridge
your teacher preference
your docent experience level - new or experienced
If you do not use email please ask your preferred teacher to send the above information for you. You can also call the Mayfield City Schools Board of Education Office at 440-995-6800 and ask for the Community Relations Department.
3. The Art Docent coordinator will contact you with your teacher assignment.
4. All new docents must attend one training session before begining presentations. We will do our best to schedule training sessions to accomodate everyone's schedules. Experienced docents are always welcome to attend training sessions.
