Links and Downloads

Links

Links can be used to share websites that pertain to your classroom or your students needs. If you look at Window #2, you will see an example of links and their appearance.

Mayfield City Schools and Yahoo are linked without an image. If you want to add an image and set the image as a link, you have the ability to do that.

Downloads

You will see an example of downloads to the right.

When inserting a component, select downloads. When you edit the component, click "add new download'. You will be asked to insert a download title and a dowload description. In the example below, you will notice where the title and description appear.

Click on "Example Download" for an example download which is a Microsoft Word File. (Description)

Example Download #2

Click on "Example Download #2" for an example download which is a Microsoft Word File. It is the same download as above but this time an icon was inserted which appears above. (Description)

Example Download #3

This is password protected by encrypting the file while in Microsoft Word. The password is test.
