Hello and welcome to the new families joining Our House and the returning families ready for another exciting year. The 2023-2024 school year is well underway and we at the Mayfield Middle School Association (MMSA) are busy planning events for the Mayfield Middle School Students! For those who may not know, the MMSA is the parent/teacher group that funds many activities your child will be involved in throughout the school year. MMSA Membership fees support these events including the 13th birthday parties, end of the year parties, school dances, 8th grade graduation and much more!
Your MMSA membership includes access to the online membership directory. Once you become a member, you will receive emails about volunteer opportunities and MMSA meetings.
The membership fee is $15.00 per family. Any additional donations are welcome.
Signing up is easy and online. Please use the link below to sign up for the MMSA.

In addition to having the option of paying online, you can still send in cash, check or money orders to the school. After completing the online portion, send in a sealed envelope to school including the following:
- Cash, Check, or money order made out to MMSA.
- Your child’s name
- Your Name
- Phone Number
- Email Address
We are also looking for volunteers to assist in running the school’s concession stand during sporting events. This is a large source of funding for MMSA. A Signup Genius will be created for each sport and listed online under the MMSA tab on the MMS website.
*Special Reminder to 8th grade parents: If you wish to volunteer for the 8th grade graduation party, you must be a member of the MMSA.
