Wildcat Sport & Fitness offers personal training to all members where you can train with Michelle or Justin to get started on your personal fitness journey! To sign up or receive more information to contact our trainers, stop by the front desk of Wildcat Sport & Fitness.

Michelle Beers

Michelle is a Fitness Trainer and Certified Health Coach with expertise in chronic disease management. Michelle has over 15 years of experience in developing successful strength training and wellness programs for clients of all ages and abilities. Michelle writes a monthly health and wellness column for Wildcat Sport & Fitness. Her articles can be found in the Community-Alumni section of the Mayfield City Schools website.
1 Hour session: $45
Purchase 5-9 sessions: $42.50 each
Purchase 10 session package: $40 each

Justin Murphy

Justin is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist by the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He has over 10 years of experience in the personal training field and brings knowledge and skills from both the clinical exercise and strength & conditioning environments. Justin has successfully developed exercise programming for clients of all ages and backgrounds, and has also helped people with a wide range of wellness and fitness goals.
Half an hour sessions: $20
1 Hour Session: $40
5 Week Program: $80
