Technology Department COVID-19 Information

UPDATE 3-22: Due to Governer Dewine's stay at home order, The IT Department suggests to all families without a device to consider purchasing a personal device from the list below.  We have researched and have provided a variety of different price points for devices based on your needs.  All devices ship from Amazon directly to your home.  Thank you!
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Mayfield City Schools Technology Department will be closed from March19, through April 6.  The Technology Department will continue to work remotely to provide support for staff and students.  Right now, our role as tech support is rapidly shifting and we are striving to make available resources and tools that will help shift your house to a virtual classroom.
If you are experiencing a technology issue, please contact the IT Department by emailing us at  [email protected]
Please know we are unable to assist with home wifi issues and will need a working device connected to the internet if troubleshooting is necessary.  Remote webex sessions will be used where applicable.
We again thank you for your patience and understanding during this unprecedented time!
Thank you!
