ANNOUNCEMENTS:

SMILEY 4 LIFE CLUB:  There is a Smiley 4 Life Club meeting, December 6th after school at 3:10 in Ms. Rutigliano’s room, room 155. All are welcome to attend!

GAY STRAIGHT ALLIANCE:  Attention students: Be sure to come to the GSA meeting today in room 216. We have a safe space for everyone and today we will be working on posters.

EXCEL TECC OPPORTUNITY DAY:  Reminder to ALL 10th Graders: tomorrow immediately following the morning announcements you will attend the Excel TECC Opportunity Day. In homeroom you will receive a Student Schedule. ALL 10th Graders will report directly to the auditorium with their Student Schedules after announcements.

VIDEO GAME CLUB:  Attention all students: Video game Club is meeting in the auditorium after school on Tuesday, December 11th. We will meet from about 3:10 until 5pm. If you bring a game console and would like to keep it with Mr. McGrath during the day on Tuesday, stop by the math office before 7:30. See Mr. McGrath or Mr. Pinto if you have any questions.

SKI AND SNOWBOARD CLUB:  Attention Ski and Snowboard Club members: You MUST turn in your permission slip to Mr. McGrath or Ms. Heinl as soon as possible if you’d like to be a part of the club. Also, please make sure you are signed up with Brandywine and pay your bus fee by Friday, December 14th.

LITERACY FORCE:  Attention to the Literacy Force: We will meet this Thursday in the Senior Commons during 4th period. There will be a surprise guest to read and answer any questions. I’ve heard there will be some amazing snacks just for Literacy Force loyals. So, bring your Wes Moore books this Thursday to the Literacy Force book club meeting.

BOWLING TEAM:  The Bowling teams won the battles of the alley cats yesterday with the Wildcats defeating the Tigers of Cleveland Heights in an exciting battle.

Leading score were: John Smerke’s 170, Cody Piunno’s 164, and for the girls it was Katelyn Korver’s 145 and Jenna Aveni’s 123.

Great win yesterday for both boys and girls!
