Dear Parents –
Lunch time money made simple (and cashless)!
You can begin to prepare for the upcoming school year by pre-paying for student lunches . Parents can pre-pay for lunches by submitting a check (Made payable to Mayfield Food Service ) in a marked envelope with a payment form available in the school office. Please turn in the payments to the school office, food service cashiers, or mail to the address below. You can also pay via credit card or checking account on-line at www.myschoolaccount.com . (Please be aware credit card transactions have a merchant fee of 6.25% and ACH transfers have only a $1.00 per transaction fee). Parents can also view their child's account balance and most recent transactions at the same website. High and Middle School Students will identify their accounts by entering their 6 digit student ID number on a pin pad. This number is the same number used last year and is located on their report card. Elementary students will continue to use their finger scan.
This system frees students from fumbling with cash or tickets and allows parents to monitor what their children are eating for lunch. Lunch prices are $2.35 for the Elementary, $2.55 for the Middle School and $2.65 for the High School. Milk a la carte is $0.50 . Thank you.

Promoting Nutrition and Wellness for Our Growing Students This year as part of Mayfield's Wellness Initiative, Mayfield Food Service will strive to promote even more fresh fruits and vegetables! Salad bar day is one of our most successful and FUN lunches for the students.
Mayfield Food Service bakes all items on the menu and bakes most items a la carte, instead of frying. We offer french fries only 2 days of the week and have introduced whole grain breads/buns and pizza items this year (without sacrificing taste)!
Many of our snack items have been replaced with lower fat substitutes such as baked chips instead of fries, low fat granola bars in place of candy bars, and juice drinks in place of pop/carbonated beverages.
Ingredient and nutritional information is available, especially for those students with dietary restrictions or food allergies.
Enrolling Your Child:
