COMMUNITY CONNECTION:
Mayfield Cosmetology

The Mayfield Cosmetology program hosted preschoolers and their moms from the preschool. The mini-visitors were treated to manicures, pedicures and hair-styling and seemed to enjoy 'looking up' to the high school students.

Interactive Media
Bryan Pflaum and Rosalind Strickland from the Cleveland Clinic Foundation's Office of Civic and Education Initiatives thank Kimberly Kascak, Alexandra Paulin and Jehryn Flanik, students from the Mayfield High School Exel TECC's Interactive Media program, for a newsletter that the students helped the clinic create. Thousands of copies of the newlsetter will be distributed. The collaboration also involved the Consolidated Graphics Group, Inc, located in downtown Cleveland, who worked with the students to prepare the file for final print, and did the printing.
