Eighth Grade Spanish (Spanish One) is the study of the basic structures of the Spanish language. Students will focus on developing the following skills: Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing. These skills are developed through class drills which encourage free response in speaking, reading and writing in the target language. Auditory skills are developed through in class dialogues with the teacher and classmates, and drills via CDs, the workbook/worksheets and videos.
Successful study of Eighth Grade Spanish (Spanish One) creates the opportunity to earn high school credit in the eighth grade, and to take AP Spanish later at the high school!
