We are collecting school supplies for our May community service project. Supplies being collected include: pencils, notebook paper, erasers, individual pencil sharpeners, folders, binders, highlighters. Items will be distributed to students in need at the start of next school
year.
Short Cycle Assessments will be given this week.
Monday, May 13th: Reading and Social Studies
Tuesday, May 14th: Math
Wednesday, May 15th: Late arrival
Thursday, May 16th: Science
Friday, May 17th: Writing
READING:This week students will be presenting their biography projects Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. HW is to study for SCAs.

MATH:This week in math we will take our Short Cycle Assessment #6 as well as complete test corrections. We will also be learning new 5th grade concepts. The homework this week is to prepare for all Short Cycle Assessments! Have a great week!([email protected])
SCIENCE:.The students did a fantastic job on researching and presenting their inventions. This week students will be taking their final short cycle assessments. The Science SCA is Thursday and the questions in the study guide need to be answered and turned in the day of the test. I will be givingSOME class time to work on the questions. Homework is to study for tests.[email protected])
WRITING: Students will continue to work on their poetry books. There is no Spelling contract or test this week.([email protected])
SOCIAL STUDIES:We will finish studying government and citizenship. There is no homework on Tuesday.
