Mayfield City Schools launched Infinite Campus, a streamlined,
one-stop technology system for all student information at the start of the
2015-16 school year.
In other words, monitoring and reviewing student information just
got a little bit easier.
With Infinite Campus, students and parents will only need one
password to access important student information in real-time like schedules,
grades, attendance, assignments, lunch accounts, student fees, and record
transfers, to name a few.
Infinite Campus will replace at least three student information
systems currently in place, including the Harris student information system,
Pinnacle Gradebook and School Messenger.
The Campus Portal within Infinite Campus provides real-time access
to student information as it is entered by teachers, counselors and staff. It
is also accessible from any Apple iOS and Android device. The Campus Portal
also reduces printing and mailing costs and minimizes lost school-to-home
communications.
“This system will allow our students and parents to quickly access
important student information within the district-wide database so they may
better understand and participate in the educational process,” said
Superintendent Keith Kelly.
In August 2015, a district wide communication will be sent to parents
and students with information on how to register and set up their Infinite
Campus accounts.
