Service assigns its Aa2 rating to Mayfield City Schools for “Prudent Financial
Management”
MAYFIELD
CITY SCHOOLS --Moody’s Investors service assigned an Aa2 rating to Mayfield
City Schools, the third highest rating given by the prominent investor’s
service.
Mayfield
City Schools has maintained an Aa2 Moody’s rating since 2006.
According
to a statement issued by Moody’s:
“Mayfield City School District’s
financial position is expected to remain healthy
given the district management’s
demonstrated history of prudent financial
management and its own financial
projections…
Growth in reserves resulted from the
district’s continued history of
prudent financial management.”
