Infinite Campus Parent Portal
This will be the MAIN
source of all information (Student/parent info, Grades-Report Cards,
Attendance) and will be required for at least one Parent/Guardian of every
student to have an account with a self-created username and password.
For all NEW parents/guardians AND new
students to the district
All NEW parents must create a portal Username and
Password. This gives you access to your student(s)
grades, attendance, report cards and any special announcements.
Students in grades 6th thru 12th
will have their own separate login from the parents account. New students to the district will receive
their login information on the first day of school.
For all EXISTING parents/guardians
NEW this year - you will be expected to log on to the portal and click
on ANNUAL UPDATE ORL, as this
replaces the yearly “blue cards”.
The Annual Update OLR will be open from July 15th thru August 31st
and we ask that one parent please review, and update if necessary, all contact
information, medical conditions and medications BEFORE August 16th.
**If
we do not have record of you doing the Annual Update by August 16th
(1st day of school),
the
school office will be contacting you**
It is required to upload
a current immunization record for each student as soon as possible. PLEASE NOTE immunization requirements for
upcoming 7th and 12th graders have changed.
All Release Agreements for Media, Email, Student
Conduct, etc. must be either accepted or denied through the annual update.

Changes throughout the School Year
It is the parent/guardians responsibility to update
any information throughout the school year to keep the most accurate
information for your student in case of any emergency.
Address changes can ONLY be done at the Board Office
as documentation is needed for verification.
CAMPUS PARENT/STUDENT PORTAL – FORGOT PASSWORD
NEW this year! After
your initial login to the Parent Portal, you will have the opportunity to set
up certain security pictures that will allow you the option to click “Forgot Password or Username” in the
future, and then have an email sent to the one provided in the portal.
You must log on to the portal before you can setup the
“forgot password” option.

attached in this packet.
FOOD SERVICE
NEW this year! Beginning
the 16-17 school year, we have switched from Meals Plus/SPS EzPay to Infinite
Campus Food Service & Payments. This provides one location for both student
fees and lunch payments.
All remaining balances from 15-16 were transferred
over and will carry through for the beginning of 16-17. This information will be viewable on the
Parent Portal which will include: Current
account balances, food item purchases and account deposits and transactions.
Please see the attached “Food Service & Fees” instructions
for this new process.
SCHEDULES
Student schedules will be available to view on the
portal on August 1.
The High School will be open for any schedule changes
on August 8th and 9th.
This only applies to the High School.
All new 6th grade students entering the
Middle School will receive their schedule at Orientation on August 12th.
All other schedule questions/concerns must be addressed
by the appropriate school your child is attending.
