Please save the following
dates for the Wildcat Focus Camp. The two-day
camp will take place on Monday, August 6th, from 3:00
P.M. to 7:00 P.M. and Tuesday, August 7th, from 9:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. Students should report to the auditorium to start
each day. A wide range of fun activities
have been planned to help better orient the incoming freshman class to daily
life at Mayfield High School. Monday evening, we will be serving a pizza dinner
for students only at 6:15 P.M. as part of the program.
On Monday, August 6th at 7:00
PM students will complete their day by joining their parents in the auditorium for a brief orientation program. We strongly encourage all parents to attend. During the presentation we will provide an overview of academic expectations, student activities, a review of school counseling services, and information regarding Mayfield High School’s 1:1 device initiative. At the conclusion of the meeting, we will distribute Chromebooks to the students in attendance as well as provide time for students to locate classrooms and lockers. Parents
must accompany students for them to receive a device. We
recognize that everyone is busy and hope you can find the time to attend this
informative evening.
