Dear Mayfield Families,
We are working in unprecedented times as a result of the impact of the coronavirus.
Decisions can change hour-by-hour and day-by-day.
The virus is
affecting the way we teach, learn, serve and care for students.
The Ohio
Department of Education requires that we provide free and reduced lunch to
all of our enrolled students who qualify for this assistance.
Eligible families
MUST COMPLETE the following online Google form to help us prepare for the
distribution for our Mayfield City School

Mayfield City
Schools will provide the following:
April 7 & 9 (Tues/Thurs)
April 10 - Schools Closed - Good Friday
April 15 & 17 (Wed/Fri)
April 22 & 24 (Wed/Fri)
April 29 & May 1 (Wed/Fri)
May 6 & 8 (Wed/Fri) at Lander Elementary, 1714 Lander Road, Mayfield Heights
May 13 & 15 (Wed /Fri) at Lander Elementary, 1714 Lander Road, Mayfield Heights
NOTE LOCATION CHANGE
May 20, 22 & 27 at the Alumni Pavilion next to Wildcat Stadium at Mayfield High School, 6116 Wilson Mills Road, Mayfield Village
Lunch and snack will be provided to all eligible enrolled
students
from 11 a.m. to
1p.m.
A drive-by “grab
and go” and a walk-up “grab and go” distribution will be set up at thes
locations only.
We are in this together and together we will do our best to provide for our students during this crisis. Please continue to adhere to the recommendations of our national, state and local health officials and leaders - Stay HOme, wash your hands and practice social distancing.
