New York, April 03, 2019 -- Moody's Investors Service has assigned a Aa1 issuer rating to Mayfield City School District, OH and has affirmed the certificates of participation (COPs) rating at Aa2. The issuer rating represents Moody's assessment of hypothetical debt of the school district supported by a general obligation unlimited (GOULT) pledge, and is used as a reference rating for the COPs ratings.
