This year we will focus on learning to improve our reading stamina! A Reading Log of 100+ minutes per week will be assigned as homework. Your child will be involved with independent reading, leveled reading groups, and teacher directed lessons in the classroom. Students are expected to be able to choose appropriate books for their reading ability and contribute to classroom discussions.
