FOOD, FUN AND FAMILY
the MMS kitchen staff, the Student Council students and the French Club students for baking our desserts.
Mrs. Bean would like to thank all of the amazing volunteers who helped make the evening possible. Here are a few contribution highlights:
The fabulous Tina Johanns for her invaluable assistance securing and organizing the food, and The marvelous Linda Richuisa and her kitchen staff volunteers for making the evening possible;
JoAnne Pahor for creating the tickets and Judy Marrotte for processing donations, Allison Knapp for helping finally secure our paper donations, Gina Christopher for securing the centerpieces, Jenny Trouw for purchasing the place mats and Johnny Reid for buying more, and Joe Catullo and Kerry Rutigliano for running out in the middle of the event to head off a beverage crisis;
Kristy Mayer and Teresa Paulson and their crew for purchasing the materials and making the beautiful tribute pins everyone wore—they really unified the crowd and were a nice touch;

Susan Beatty
, from Central Office, for joining us to serve pasta.
Traci Wright and several student council kids for rolling 400 sets of napkins and silverware;
Trecia Beard for the great sponsorship sign and the table runners;
The student council students who poured drinks, peddled desserts, cleaned and decorated;
Louise Vouk and the French Club students who also peddled our sweets;
Pianists Ivori Coleman, Brandon Rudolph, Carter Kusmer and Max Tartaglia for entertaining us all evening;
AND…
ALL 57 (WOW) MMS staff volunteers (as well as an administrative and a high school volunteer) who were on hand to assure a smooth evening—there were so many staff in so many roles, and they were vital to our success. They decorated, took out trash, cleared dishes, took pictures, processed tickets at the entry, collected donations, oversaw desserts and beverages, prepared and served food, and walked around chatting to be sure guests enjoyed themselves. Most volunteers took care of several tasks (sometimes at once). It was awesome! Know that your contributions were all noticed and all appreciated!
A special thanks, as well, for Matt Duraj and Holly Vittardi, who organized phase one of our benefit—the Staff-Student basketball game—all who were involved there deserve a pat on the back, too!
