= Incoming juniors for Mayfield housed programs – if you are a NON-Mayfield student and you are entering a program housed with Mayfield Schools, you will need to complete the On Line Registration (OLR) so you can be registered for classes. This applies to non-Mayfield students entering: CADD, Construction Trades, Cosmetology/Mayfield, Environmental
Education, Fire/EMS Training Academy, Information Technology and
Programming, Interactive Media and Medical Technologies. For students who will be attending programs NOT housed at Mayfield, please refer to your program instructor/host school.

= National Technical Honor Society: If you are one of the 101 students who have earned membership into the NTHS, I first want to say congratulations! You should be very proud of your accomplishments. You should have received information through the mail. Future communication will determine a time for students to pick up their cords.
= College Credits: This process for seniors occurs in early May within their Excel TECC programs. Given the unpredictability, we may have to move this process to all virtual. Specifically, we may have to email the documents to students for them to complete, and they will have to scan and email back to our office. More guidance will be forthcoming on this.
= Senior Send Off: We have secured an alternative date of June 10, 2020 for our annual Senior Send Off. The format will remain the same with this event being for students and staff only, and live streamed for parents. The event will still be held at Landerhaven in Mayfield Heights.
= Credentials: Depending on your Excel TECC program, students may have a credentialing exam they take. Please touch base with your program instructor for guidance on this. Unfortunately, given the situation, we may have to wait for guidance from credentialing organizations/agencies (For Ex, State Board of Cos) for further direction.
Assignments, projects, curriculum: At this point you should have been in contact with your program teacher multiple times. Each teacher, depending on the platform, is delivering instruction online (google classroom, schoology, etc..) and communicating with parents and students through multiple mediums (google meet, remindMe, Zoom, etc…) Please don’t hesitate to contact your instructor with any questions—we are here to help!
