Dear Mayfield Families,
We are working in unprecedented times as a result of the impact of the coronavirus.
Decisions can change hour-by-hour and day-by-day.
The virus is
affecting the way we teach, learn, serve and care for students.
Department of Education requires that we provide free and reduced lunch to
all of our enrolled students who qualify for this assistance.
MUST COMPLETE the following online Google form to help us prepare for the
distribution for our Mayfield City School
