NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that there will be a Special Meeting of the Mayfield City School District Board of Education of Cuyahoga County, Ohio on Tuesday the 8th day of June, 2021 at 5:30 PM. The meeting will be held virtually as originally authorized by House Bill 197 and reauthorized in House Bill 404 with access to the meeting agenda found at the following website. https://go.boarddocs.com/oh/mayoh/Board.nsf/Public
The purpose of the Special Meeting will be to consider the follow:
- The reclassification of employment assignment of Dr. Keith W. Kelly from Superintendent of Schools to Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent of Schools, effective 07/01/21 thru 07/31/21.
- The employment of Dr. Michael J. Barnes as Superintendent of Schools, effective 07/01/21 thru 07/31/21.
- The resignation of Mr. Daniel Carlson, effective June 2, 2021.
- And to discuss any other matters that do not result in Board action.
