Students must follow the approved schedule unless there is a conflict in another class.
For students in grades 9, 10, and 11, the school will not be an open campus during exam week. Students are expected to be at school from homeroom through 12:35 p.m. on Friday and Tuesday, and 10:55 a.m. on Wednesday. Students are to be in their usual class or study halls during this time. Attendance will be taken each morning in homeroom and will be recorded as the official attendance for the day. Students are to attend all of their scheduled classes each day.
On the first two days of exams, lunch will be served from 12:35 – 12:55 p.m. in the cafeteria. On the third day, lunch will be served from 10:55 – 11:15 a.m. in the cafeteria. The afternoon busses will leave the high school at 12:55 p.m. on Friday and Tuesday and 11:15 a.m. on Wednesday. Students who do not have an exam and need to utilize the afternoon busses will report to the cafeteria for a study hall.
Students may only sign out during the day if their
parent/guardian comes into the building and physically sign them out. Students may leave if their last
period of the day is study hall or lunch, provided that they have
transportation.
