Book Drive Success!
During the week long book drive Millridge/MCHI collected 3,200 books to be donated to Bright Star Books. The books will go to kids that otherwise wouldn’t have the opportunity to share in all the adventures that the characters in these books go on. Special thanks goes to all the students that helped count and sort the books. It was fun to hear the kids counting and sorting and sharing in the excitement over all the wonderful titles that were donated. Every grade did a great job donating but from day one 4th grade proved hard to beat. Their final total was 950 books. This grade will be enjoying a pizza lunch thanks to our PTG. This was another example of the Millridge/MCHI community making a difference for others.
