Order Your Cap and Gown NOW!

Hey Seniors and Parents!

It’s never too early to start thinking about the day that you have all been waiting for...COMMENCEMENT! J

Let the excitement of graduation begin! Graduation packets were distributed after the senior panoramic picture on November 5th. The packet contains information about caps, gowns, announcements, and other accessories that you may want to purchase to mark this special occasion. If you did not get a packet, you can pick one up in the main office, in the guidance office, or from Mr. Torda (RM 180). You can also simply go to Jostens' website at www.jostens.com

As I said, the packets will have information about everything that you can purchase. These items are all priced individually, but you can also purchase packages. If you just want to purchase a cap and gown (which also includes a 2025 tassel), the price is $32.50 (+ tax). I know that graduation seems far off, but caps and gowns must be purchased by the end of the first semester (i.e., January 16, 2025) to ensure that all materials and supplies are in stock (if you do not place your order by this date, you may be charged a LATE FEE). On your packet, you will notice a yellow label indicating the two ways in which you can place your order through Jostens (they will be handling ALL orders…nothing will be done through the school).

PLEASE NOTE: We began using Jostens for our 2021 commencement, which means that the gown material and colors are unique. If you plan on wearing a cap and gown that was used by an older sibling before the 2020-2021 school year, you may do so, but I caution you that it may not match Jostens' gowns. To be safe, I encourage all of you to purchase a new cap and gown (which includes the tassel) for $32.50 (+ tax). If you just need a cap and tassel, it's $24.50 (+ tax); if you just need to purchase a cap, it's $14.00 (+ tax); if you just need a 2025 tassel, it's $11.45 (+ tax).

If you are going to order additional items beyond just a cap and gown, you should purchase everything at the same time as the cap and gown.

If you have any questions, please contact the Jostens representative, John Armstrong (Phone: 330-722-0131; email: [email protected]). You can also contact Mrs. Sanson or Mr. Torda, we are the senior class advisors in charge of certain aspects of graduation.

Work hard and enjoy your senior year!
