Congratulations to Norah Tournoux May’s Social Studies Student of the Month! She has been a great participant in AP World History and has often led the way in the course with top grades. Norah is funny and makes class fun! She's always prepared and asks thought-provoking questions. She has a consistently positive attitude. Norah recently competed in the National History Day competition in the documentary category with a project about the extent to which parents should be held responsible for criminal acts of their minor children. Norah's meticulous research, her attention to detail, her historical analysis and her thorough editing process allowed her to present an exceptional final project in the Cleveland competition. She advanced to the State competition and won 3rd place in States! The Social Studies department is pleased to celebrate Norah Tournoux as the Social Studies Student of the Month!
