The Hospitality and Career Exploration Program is a combination of programs/sites to provide students with the opportunity to train with community based employer/modeling to best match the different career clusters for post-graduation. Students are offered a variety of career exploration opportunities to best implement and includes training on job skills, social skills, and cooperative teaming among their co-workers in a setting that logically enhances their independence. Students rotate through a variety of job rotations to acquire practical vocational training towards their preferences, interests, needs, and strengths (PINS) within specific career clusters.
