This month during classroom guidance I will be working with all students on practicing cooperation. Cooperation is something we all have to learn; it is not something we are born knowing how to do. I will discuss with students ways in which we can cooperate well with others and what things may hinder productive cooperation. Cooperation is a lifelong skill that students will benefit from not only in the classroom and on their teams, but also as they enter the work world as employees and coworkers. I will try to make this connection with them while leading our classroom activities this month.
