Wildcat Athletics

At Mayfield High School, we recognize interscholastic athletics as being an integral part of the educational process; that athletics aid in the overall growth and development of the student's intellectual, social, and physical maturity. As is the mission of the Mayfield Athletic Department to support and supplement the mission of the Mayfield City Schools and provide an opportunity for all students to reach their full potential.

To fulfill this mission, we offer 25 varsity sports for both boys and girls. It is our aim to use athletics as a vehicle for teaching lifelong lessons that will enable our student-athletes to blossom into productive citizens in their communities.
