Membership Information
Anyone who resides in the Mayfield School District* may purchase a membership. Click on "Register Now" below or download the HomeTown Fan app for more information.
  • Individual (Ages 7-64) $32/Year
  • Family (2 adults, 2 or more children age 7-18*) $105/Year                        (*18 year old must still be in high school.)
  • Senior Adult Individual (Age 65+) $12/Year
  • *Proof of Mayfield City School District residency may be required.
Credit/Debit Card only acceptable payment method 
A parent/guardian must register/sign for a membership for anyone 17 years or younger.
