Embedded Image for: Taste Tests (201711812526902_image.jpg) Have you heard the recent buzz at the elementary schools? Throughout 2016, student interns have been providing taste tests of different fruits and vegetables to encourage healthy food behaviors and acceptance. Students have had the opportunity to try varieties of apples, bell peppers, squash, zucchini and roasted cauliflower during their lunch times, and the results were largely favorable! Due to popular demand, bell peppers have been added to the lunch menu.
