Mayfield Treasurer Scott Snyder again received the Auditor of State Award with Distinction from Ohio State Auditor David Yost for Excellence in Financial Reporting for the fiscal year ended 2016. "Your exemplary reporting serves as the standard for clean, accountable government representing the highest level of service to Ohioans," Auditor Yost said.
The award marks the third consecutive year Mr. Snyder has been awarded the Auditor of State Award with Distinction. The Mayfield City Schools have received the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting from the Auditor of the State for 21 consecutive years.
"Clean and accurate record-keeping are the foundation for good goverment, and the taxpayers can take pride in your commitment to accountability," Auditor Yost said.
