A Mayfield Athletic Boosters Fundraiser

The Mayfield Athletic Boosters will be holding a 5k race/Pancake breakfast on February 28, 2016, starting/finishing at the High school. The money raised will go to the general Mayfield Athletic booster fund.

Last year money earned though fundraiser like this were used to provide the following:

14 scholarships

12’ score table and court size chairs to be utilized by Volleyball, Wrestling, and Boy and Girls Basketball

Senior Banners

Windscreen for the Varsity Baseball field

Retractable awning at the spirit wear stand at the wildcat park

Flight of hurdles and a cart for the track team

In order to make this a successful event, we will need your HELP! We are looking for volunteers to be the chairpersons for the following:

1. Registration/ Promotion - coordination of registration, look for ways to promote the event,

2. Donation’s/Sponsor’s - Procure sponsors, and donations to raffle off as prizes.

3. Pancake Breakfast - will be chaired by Stephanie Musi

4. Course Management - will be chaired by Steve Canfield

We will also need race day volunteers for following:  Course workers, Registration, Servers, Cooks, Setup, and Clean up.
