Answer:   The regular student web filtering policy will be in place for Chromebooks during school hours and will have the same web filtering policy as all student desktop computers throughout the school district.

 

 

Question:  Will Chromebooks have web filtering at the end of school hours and on the weekend?

 

Answer:   The after school web filtering policy will take place each day beginning at 3:30 p.m. and will end the following day at 7:00 a.m. It will also be in effect on the weekend.

 

Question:  What will be restricted via Chromebook web filtering?

 

Answer:   There will be seven categories that will be restricted when students leave campus: Adult Content, Alcohol and Tobacco, Illegal Drugs, Pornography, Nudity, Violence and Terrorism, and Weapons.
