Summer Central

Summer Central is your online location for electronic resources regarding your Mayfield City Schools student or students heading into the 2019-2020 school year.

Please note that summer hours for the Mayfield Board of Education building are from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Annual Update OLR

It is REQUIRED for a parent/guardian to complete the Online Annual Update through the Infinte Campus Parent Portal BEFORE the first day of school, so that the school has the most current and accurate information for each student.

ALL High Schools students will need to have this completed by their parent/guardian BEFORE their assigned 1:1 device release night.  (See schedule here)

Annual Update OLR is the electronic process for parents to go into the Infinite Campus Parent Portal in order to update and confirm all student data that is currently in our system. We will no longer be mailing out or sending home any paper based sheets to gather student information. This MUST be done BEFORE the first day of school.  For step by step instructions, please see the link below.
It is recommended to use Windows IE 11, Firefox or Safari. Windows must be Windows 7 or later.  Annual Updates cannot be done via a hand held device (iOS or Android).
If you need assistance with your Parent Portal Login, email:

The 2019 Wildcat Read

Discovering Wes Moore by Wes Moore

Once again the Mayfield community is encouraged to participate in the Wildcat Read! When we read together we learn new things not only about the book, but also about the people with whom we read. It is a chance to become part of something beyond ourselves as reading sparks the imagination and transports us to other worlds. In this case the world of Wes Moore.

As a young man Wes Moore grew up struggling with his identity and finding out there was another Wes Moore who grew up not 10 minutes from where he was born in Baltimore. The paths of the two Wes Moore’s diverged, embarking on radically different trajectories: one name, two fates. This autobiographical account invites readers to examine the paths they are on and the paths they have chosen as they follow Moore on his own journey. It will inspire us to examine the paths we will choose in the future, too.

So, join the community and pick up a copy of Discovering Wes Moore by Wes Moore. Book talks and activities will commence at the beginning of the school year for all Mayfield High School students and staff. We hope to involve our community in the common experience, discussion, and identity of reading together.
