Digital News Writing

Class Description:

This semester course teaches students the writing process to produce journalistic writings. Students will be required to collaborate with peers, interview sources, and demonstrate integrity and fairness. In addition, students will become smarter consumers of news by interacting with credible news sources, such as the USA Today.  The course is open to students in grades 10-12 who have a talent and interest in writing.
