Welcome to the Class of 2023! Welcome to the Class of 2023!

We look forward to welcoming you to Mayfield High School for the 2019-2020 school year!  Incoming ninth-graders, please plan to attend our Wildcat Focus Camp on Monday, August 5th, from 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. and Tuesday, August 6th, from 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.  A wide range of activities are planned to help orient you to daily life at Mayfield High School!  Parents, please plan on joining us on August 5th at 7:00 p.m. in the auditorium for a brief orientation meeting and the distribution of Chromebooks.

PARENT/GUARDIANS OF JUNIORS:  PLEASE ADD THIS TO YOUR TO DO LIST FOR SPRING BREAK PARENT/GUARDIANS OF JUNIORS: PLEASE ADD THIS TO YOUR TO DO LIST FOR SPRING BREAK

 

All students entering 12th grade are required to have two doses of Meningococcal vaccine prior to the start of the school year in August 2019.                                                           

 

Your healthcare provider can administer these vaccines or you can contact the Cuyahoga County Board of Health at 216-201-2041 for an appointment at one of their clinics.

 

If your child has already had these vaccines, please provide an updated vaccine record to the school either by fax 440-995-6805, scan, or sending in a copy with your student to drop off at the Clinic.
