Notice is hereby given that there will be a Special Meeting of the Mayfield City School District Board of Education of Cuyahoga County, Ohio on the 30th day of July 2026 at 7:00AM. The meeting will be held in the Baker Administration Building, Irene P. Kay Board Room, 1101 S.O.M. Center Road, Mayfield Heights, Ohio 44124. 

The purpose of the Special Meeting will be: 

1. To consider following actions: 

1. To hold a public hearing to consider the re-employment of recent retirees John Paydo, Guidance Counselor at Mayfield Middle School and Joseph Hayes, Guidance Counselor at Excel TECC
2. To consider the re-employment of John Paydo, Guidance Counselor at Mayfield Middle School 
3. To consider the re-employment of Joseph Hayes, Guidance Counselor at Excel TECC
4. To accept the resignation of Hannah Grazia, Guidance Counselor at Mayfield High School
5. To consider an hourly rate change for Jenna Zeolla as discussed with MEA-ESP
6. To consider a Classified New Hire Correction for Steven Smithingell, Bus Mechanic
7. To consider a contracted services contract with Next Steps on behalf of St. Paschal Baylon Elementary School
8. To consider a contracted services contract with PSI Associates, LLC on behalf of St. Paschal Baylon Elementary School
9. To consider a contracted services contract with PSI Associates, LLC on behalf of St. Francis of Assisi Elementary School

2. And to discuss any other matters that do not result in Board action.
