Welcome to Mayfield City Schools!

It is a privilege to serve our students, families, staff, and community as Assistant Superintendent. Having spent much of my life and career in Mayfield, I have seen firsthand what makes our district special—our people, our commitment to students, and our belief that every child deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed.

At Mayfield, our mission of Every Student. Every Day. guides the work we do. We believe every student can learn, and we maintain high expectations for ALL students. Just as importantly, we recognize that students may need different levels of support at different times in order to be successful.

Through our integrated Multi-Tiered System of Supports (iMTSS), we work to provide a comprehensive and connected system of support for the whole child. This includes academics, behavior, social-emotional development, and attendance. Our goal is to identify student needs early, provide timely and effective support, and continually monitor progress so that every student has the opportunity to thrive.

In Mayfield, relationships matter. Our schools have always been strengthened by the connection between our students, families, staff, and community. That sense of family, loyalty, and collaboration is part of “The Mayfield Way” and an important part of who we are. We believe that open communication and working together are essential to helping every student succeed. Whether we are supporting a student academically, strengthening attendance, helping a family navigate enrollment, or addressing an individual need, we want our families to know that we are here to support them.

I am incredibly proud to be part of Mayfield City Schools and grateful for the opportunity to continue serving a community that has meant so much to me throughout my life as a student, teacher, and leader.
