I am honored to serve the Mayfield City School District as the Director of Human Resources and Director of Building Operations.

I have been a proud member of the Mayfield City Schools community since 2006. During my time with the district, I had the privilege of serving as the Principal of Mayfield Middle School for 19 years. That experience provided me with the opportunity to work closely with students, families, teachers, staff, and administrators and gave me a deep appreciation for the people who make our district such a special place.

In my current roles, I work to support our staff, students, and school community by overseeing human resources, employee relations, staffing, and building services. My goal is to ensure that our employees have the support and resources they need while helping create safe, welcoming, and effective learning environments for all of our students.

Having spent nearly two decades as a building principal, I understand firsthand the importance of strong relationships, communication, teamwork, and putting students at the center of every decision. I am grateful for the opportunity to continue serving Mayfield City Schools in a different capacity and to work with the outstanding staff and families who make our district a great place to learn and work.

I look forward to continuing to serve the Mayfield community and supporting the district's commitment to excellence.
