Notice is hereby given that there will be a Meeting of the Mayfield City School District Records Commission comprised of the President of the Board (Chair), the Treasurer of the Board and the Superintendent of Schools of Cuyahoga County, Ohio on the 19th day of November 2025 at 4:45PM. The meeting will be held at Mayfield Middle School, 1123 S.O.M. Center Road, Mayfield Heights, Ohio 44124. 

 

The purpose of the Records Commission meeting will be: 

Request approval of the Mayfield City School District Records Retention Schedule (RC-2)-Part 1 and upon approval submit it to the Ohio Historical Society and Auditor of State.
