  • ****In order to receive emergency housing in Cuyahoga County, you must complete an in-person coordinated intake here****
  • They are available Monday-Friday from 8 am to 8 pm, with the last intake at 7 pm (no appointment is needed for coordinated intake)

  • In the event you are unable to reach Frontline Services during the weekday to complete a coordinated intake and need emergency housing assistance, please call 211
  • You can get information about social, health, and government resources 24/7

Bellefaire JCB Homeless and Missing Youth Hotline  Call 216.570.8010 - http://www.bellefairejcb.org/programs-and-services/youth-homelessness/

  • On-call emergency staff, available 24/7, who respond either by phone or in person to a youth’s need for crisis intervention because of homelessness, the threat of taking off or runaway behaviors.
  • Assistance with personal care, food, clothing and other individualized needs, including safe-sex kits and hygiene kits.

  • They create a new wait list every day, starting at 7 am. It’s recommended you call as close to then as possible.
  • Only available for single woman or mothers and their children.
  • Shelter length is one night to two months. You must be willing to complete their program if you stay here.
