Step 1: Student takes Chromebook to student led Chromebook repair course.
Step 2: Chromebook repair course assess damage to Chromebook.
Step 3: Chromebook repair course issues Accidental Damage Claim - Incident Notification letter if applicable.
Step 4: Student takes letter home for parent/guardian signature.
Step 5: Student brings signed letter back to Chromebook repair course.
Step 6: Fees issued for parent payment through Infinite Campus Parent Portal.
Step 7: Once fees are paid, repairs to Chromebook will begin.
Please note that students will be issued a loaner Chromebook while their Chromebook is in the repair process. Loaner Chromebooks will not be allowed to leave Mayfield High School and will need to be picked up and dropped off each morning in their designated location.
